Shipping
We dispatch our products from locations in the United Kingdom, Spain and Sweden.
As we want your order to arrive as quickly as possible after your purchase,
and to keep postage costs to a minimum, we always try to send your package
from the nearest location. However, in the event of an unforeseen shortage
of stock in one location, we may opt to send your package from our other location.
In the unlikely event that this happens, you will not be charged any additional
postage.
Our shipping rates
We have a fixed flat-rate shipping fee for all orders. No matter how much you
order, you will never pay more than the following amounts:
United Kingdom : £2
Spain : €3 (Shipping from Spain is not available during christmas season 2007)
Within Europe : €7.25
Rest of the world : €8.50
Included in the price is an insured, signed for, shipping service that comes with
a tracking number. However, tracking may not always be available online.
We also offer a special shipping service when ordering single EZ Flash 3-in-1 cartridges.
Because of the low cost for this device, we offer a €2.95 shipping service where we send
the cartridge without any kind of tracking or insurance. Customers who choose to go with
this option takes full responsibility in case the parcel doesn't arrive, is delayed, or
is damaged in transit.
Product packaging
Some of the products we sell consist of only one small cartridge or card but come in big cardboard
boxes. In order to be able to keep our low shipping rates, we may opt to send some products
without their original box and instead use bubblewrap to protect the product. The EZ Flash
3-in-1 is an example of such a product where the packaging could make the parcel more expensive
to send, and where we could opt to send it without it's original box.
